Aviation Headsets

Got ahold of a nondescript SoftComm aviation headset that was flaky as far as operation. Contacted the factory and they did a beautiful job of refurbishing pads, wires, plugs and even polishing the shells. For under $100 they're effectively new and work well -- so far so good. For those of us on a budget, a nice option. Customer service was better-than-average on responsiveness and speed of refurbishing.

Glad to hear you have had a good experience with their customer service. I haven’t used a pair of SoftComm Headsets before, but I appreciate your comments and review.
