IPL meaning in IACRA 8710-1

Hello dears pilots. 

If anyone know what does it mean IPL abbreviation in IACRA 8710-1 application form upper right hand corner “ Other information / Request “ and how it will reflect on my ATP ?

    It refers to Implementation Procedures for Licensing. It is described in AC 61-135A.
    It deals with converting a Canadian pilot license to and FAA pilot certificate and vice versa.

    Thank you. 😉 . I thought it is international pilot licence and Foreign Based will be indicated on my ATP , but it is not possible ,I got it now .
