KFLG Departure Procedure RWY 3

I was looking at KFLG Departure Procedure and I noticed it just says "turn right" for runway 3 without further instructions. Are you supposed to keep turning until you reach the assigned altitude or just turn to your on-course heading? I thought textual ODPs usually say "thence..." and then instructions after that.

    Bad formatting. The part that says “Aircraft departing FLG VOR/DME…” applies to takeoffs from both 3 and 21. The way it’s formatted makes it seem it applies only to 21.

    This is a very old departure procedure (circa 1992), so the wording is not up to current standards. However, the formatting is still off, as seen in the original source document at:
