What are the required endorsements for a student that already has his/her Commercial Multi and is adding on the Commercial single?

Is it just prerequisites for a practical test and added category/class? Or is all the original ones required for Commercial multi?

    Look at 14 CFR 61.31(d)(2).

AC 61.65H lists the required endorsements. Page A-13. Look also at the note below endorsement A.35 which requires endorsements A.1 and A.2 if applicable.
