CFI/II Add-on Combined Practical

I have a Helicopter CFI/II with a Comm ASEL/MEL rating.  Is it in the realm of possible to do the Airplane CFI/II add-on practical combined?  I know it's a stretch but the practicals should be potentially shorter, right?

    The practical test for each rating is a separate test. There is no provision to combine the tests. They could conceivably both be done the same day, if the DPE doesn’t exceed his daily limit of tests.
