Critical engine and P-factor

On a twin engine, with one engine inoperative and talking about P-factor and accelerated slipstream, is accelerated slipstream a direct by-product of P-factor? And is P-factor like turning tendencies on a single engine airplane, existent in climbs or high angle of attacks? Or is felt constantly with one engine inoperative regardless of angle of attack?

    The accelerated slipstream is always there, however, as the angle of attack is increased, the unequal lift as a result of the increased angle of attack shifts the lift more to the right. On the right hand engine (when viewed from above) this lift shifts more right (due to p-factor) which moves it farther from the CG thus imparting a greater rolling moment. As for the second part, it works just like a single engine airplane too.
