    What would you do the day after your test is over? You are trying to outguess the DPE and your CFI.

    The examiner wants to see you make a command decision and then give your reasoning for your decision. That is what you will have to do when you are done with the test and out on your own.

    As long as you don’t violate regulations or airspace with your decision, how could it be wrong? It might not be what I would do or what someone else would do, but if it is safe and legal, who cares.
