I have a CFI and CFII.
Can I give training  in outside US on a other registered aircraft, or do I need an N-registered aircraft?

I think that would depend on the regulations of the other country as to whether or not you could provide training there. It’s my guess that they would require you to apply to be a flight instructor in that country. But then, it depends entirely on which country you’re talking about, as they all have different rules.
