How do I get a approvel for a student pilot cert, I have 16 hours logged from 1988 I just passed my medical I fill out the form on faa website for student pilot cert but read some has to sign it off who does that ? I want to get my medical done then ground school done and passed the on to flight instruction again. Is this not the way to go about it?
