Has the NOTAM System Been Consolidated?

There used to be 3 different types of NOTAMs, which were reduced to two (local and FDC). Has the FAA finally consolidated all NOTAM types yet, or do we still have the L and FDC NOTAMs?

    Back in January 2008, the NOTAM-L type was phased together with the NOTAM-D. There are no longer any NOTAM-Ls, with only the NOTAM-D and FCD NOTAM remaining. For more information, refer to advisory circular AC 150/5200-28D, specifically section 18 b. on page 20.
