solo cross country endorsement

Let us say, a student pilot is going on xc flight today, and CFI has reviewed and gave all the endorsements required including xc endorsement for each leg.

All of sudden, wx condition breaks the limit, and flight gets cancelled.

Does student need a another xc endorsement from instructor for same route if he is going on xc next day?

    Yes.

    The endorsement specified in AC 61-65F contains the date of the flight.

    In addition, from 14 CFR 61.93, the instructor is endorsing that they have reviewed the planning for the flight. Certainly weather is expected to change each day. Wind will be different, affecting ground speed, time, etc.

    So yes, a new endorsement is required.
