Military to civilian transition

I am a fixed wing aviator in the military and am looking to pick up my civilian ratings in order to set myself up to continue flying after I get out. Most of my time is in multi-engine turbo props. I am taking my MCE soon and was wondering what more I need to get my CFI, CFII and eventually my MEI?
