    If Philadelphia works like most of the others, if you have been receiving FF from TRACON they will either coordinate the transfer and tell you when to switch or tell you when they are stopping handling you and suggest with whom you make contact. There should be no need to figure this out on your own.

    Also, I that neck of the woods, depending on where you are hearing and you’re altitude, you might never talk to center at all and simply be handed off from TRACON too TRACON.

    Sorry, should have added that I have not yet requested FF from CTR but whould like to know when I should ask for it… before or after leaving Class B airspace? Thanks, Jeff
