What happens if you go past your 24 calendar months to have a Biannual Flight Review done?  What is the next step to get back to flying and being PIC?

If you go past 24 calendar months, you cannot act as PIC. All you need to do is complete a flight review.

If your medical has expired during the 24 calendar months, you need to renew that as well, unless you are flying a Sport aircraft.
