Explaination of Remarks

Please help explain the remarks for all 4 approaches at KMVC It states Rwy 03 Straight-in and Circling and Circling Rwy 21 NA at night. Does this mean no approaches at night or full procedure required at night?

    Yes it means the procedure is NA at night. AeroNav is cleaning up its wording to be clearer, but it will take some time before all procedures are updated.
