To qualify for practical test, student must have 3 hrs night plus 10 T/Os and landings. If only 5 T/Os and landings, can he/she take practical test with a limitation on night flying? Does an exception apply only in Alaska?

    Per 61.110, the exception applies only in Alaska and the night requirements must be met within a year.
