Address on my medical

On my first class medical my doctor printed my old apartment address and not my permanent address what am i supposed to do to update it just call him and ask for one with my perminant address?

    Sure, it should match the application you submitted to the doctor for the FAA. He should be willing to reprint and sign it. I assume you have also reported your address change to the FAA.
