FAA Regulations

To carry passengers in my 4 place aircraft part 61/91, private license, what specific flight time requirements do I need, day, night and tail dragger other then 3 TO and landings every ninty days?

    Probably depends on your experience. You may not be proficient with only 3 takeoffs and landings in a 90 day period. You also need to complete the flight review required by 61.56. If you are instrument rated and wish to file IFR, you also need to meet the recent experience requirements of 61.57.
