Pilot School before or after college?

Im having a hard time deciding which is the right way to go.

Should I start flight training before college so  I can work as a flight instructor and build hours while at college or should i just concentrate on getting my bachelor's degree and take up flying after.

Please give me insights on the best way to pursue my flying career.

    i want to be an airline pilot. im just taking college for the Bachelors Degree but i realy want to pursue flying as a career

    I would suggest you consider going to a college that has an aviation program such as Univ of North Dakota http://www.avit.und.edu/Home/Default.aspx or Embry Riddle http://www.erau.edu/ .

    I want to have a fallback just incase the aviation industry doesn’t do so good in the future. And Im in Asia.

    If you want to fly for a living then my first priority would be to lean how to fly!

    I wouldn’t plan for failure before you started, if you are that unsure of aviation I would just do something else, as you probably will fail.

    Aviation is something you need to jump into with both feet and some major passion for flying if you are going to succeed.

    NOW going to a flight college, where you get your commercial license as well as a BS in BS might be a good idea if you also want a degree.

    During it.
    I go to a college that’s less than 2 miles from the regional airport which has a pretty reputable FBO
    There’s also an Air Force ROTC.. And the weather is much better than my home state. Granted I’ve known a handful future pilots just in my circle of freshman friends.
    College doesn’t only give you a degree it somewhat makes you a bit smarter.

    Is it advisable to multitask between college and flight training? and how do you balance and schedule your lessons ? thanks!
