Does anyone know how, on a GNS530W, when an approach is being flown, to switch to a different approach before completing the first one?

For instance, if you are flying an approach, and you hit the procedure button and try to load a new approach for the same field, what happens?

    Some of this depends on when. Once the original approach has become active, changing to a different approach will load and activate the new approach. You will want to confirm the GPS has activated the waypoint or leg you want.
