    Note that FOLVY is in parenthesis, (FOLVY). That makes it a Computer Navigation Fix or CNF fix. It is not used by ATC or in a flight plan. Its purpose is to provide a GPS with a fix around which the PT is sequenced going outbound, but mainly to provide the GPS with a point on the final approach course to change from 1 NM for full scale CDI to 0.3 NM full scale and change the RAIM criteria accordingly at the same time. The fix is to aid the GPS sequence as it needs to on this overlay approach that does not naturally include such fixes.
