Flying over MOA

For example, MOA-x(SFC-6000) is below the pilot, and

 

I'm flying over it as 7,000 feet,

 

Then there is no problem of this flying? 

 

If there will be any problem because of many traffic or approach below me?

    Since you mention 7,000 MSL, I assume you are on an IFR clearance. In that case, your concerns are greatly diminished.

    It is a relatively common event for military aircraft to “spill out of” an MOA. When that happens and is noted, the issue is sent to the FAA’s Flight Standards. They take no action except to refer it to the military. How much attention it gets at that point depends on who the commander is.

    As you know, it is legal for a GA aircraft to fly right through the heart of an MOA. It’s just a matter of cautioning the pilot to use an extra measure of vigilance for a hazard they might not normally encounter. Going over or around an MOA reduces the possibility of crossing paths with a military aircraft but there are no guarantees they are going to be where they should be.
