Medical Expired

I accidentally let my medical lapse and continued to fly for several months. I've grounded myself, but wonder if I will face any repercussions when I go for my medical and report the last medical date and hours flown.

    Probably no repercussions, but definitely a loss of awareness as to legal requirements to be PIC.

    Also if you flying on a class 3, have you considered basic med? Med exam by your Doc and complete the Mayo online training and you are legal. Pick up a class 2 certificate later if you need it.

    The chances of anything negative are pretty close to zero. However, it never hurts to file a NASA ASRS form. You can do it online here:
