Where to study aircraft maintenance engineering to become a licensed engineer work with airliners stations ?

Please provide me with the essential information about the accredit Academies/schools

I don't know who gave the accreditation?EASA,FAA,or ICAO?

You know such license must be approved from the authorities whom concern about it
