Refusal speed and Go No Go Speed Difference

What is the difference between Refusal speed and Go No Go speed? If my aircraft lift off speed is 100 kts and refusal 125 kts. Now after lift off critical emergency like fire light or engine flame out happens: whats should i do. should i land back or continue take off.
