Paparaphernalia

I recently took my check ride for my private pilots license. Whiling filling out paperwork on IACRA I had honestly forgotten that I received a ticket for paraphernalia within that year. The court said it would keep it off my record if I paid the fine but I imagine that the FAA can still find out about it. I would like to know what action I can take.

    For an honest error that’s corrected, the FAA will generally be somewhat forgiving.

    But before I did anything, I’d speak with an aviation attorney. An attorney will want to see the ticket and court records to determine in the first instance whether it’s a reportable event or not.
