CFI applicant was unable to get a checkride within the 60-day window after having been endorsed for the practical CFI checkride.  How should the CFI now endorse again the CFI applicant for a checkride?

    You may wish to contact your FSDO if you have that much trouble getting a DPE to do the practical test. Sixty days is well beyond the standard for being able to get a DPE.
