Skydiving Supplemental Oxygen Regs

Just a random question. Yesterday I was flying and over the radio I heard a King Air bringing jumpers up to 15000 for a jump(they of course went a little higher too). That got me thinking do the jumpers have to be on oxygen before they jump or are they exempt from the oxygen rules?

    Well, according to 91.211 only the pilot would be required to use O2. There is no requirement for the passengers to be provided O2 until they are past 15K. And there is no requirement for them to actually use it.
