rwy elevation in approach chart

I have a question about Jeppesen chart. If you see approach chart, you can find 'rwy 000' below the 'Apt Elev 000' on upper right on chart. I'm wonder what the word 'rwy' represent for. Is it altitude from the threshold? 

And What is the difference between using Rwy and using TDZE?

    Charts in the US have Airport Elev and TDZE. Other countries show Apt Elev and Rwy. The difference is that the runway elevation is the height of the runway at the threshold as an ICAO standard. In the US, the regulations do not specify an MDA(H) or DA(H) in terms of the threshold elevation, but use TDZE instead. TDZE is the Touch Down Zone Elevation and is the highest point on the runway for the first 3000 feet beginning at the threshold. The TDZE can be as much as 20 feet higher than the threshold on a runway that meets FAA standards and can be higher in cases where the FAA has approved an exception. In the US, DA and MDA are based on TDZE and not the threshold elevation.
