Coarse pitch stop

Was going through propeller system, and some of the aircraft have 'Coarse pitch stop' that will prevent propeller being feathered when RPM is low... Can anyone explain how this system works?

    The systems usually use a centrifugal lockout that prevents the propeller from going into feather when the RPM is low. When the force is higher than the spring pressure on the lockout latch (the engine is running), the lockout is deactivated.
