High Performance Endorsement

Hi all,
I've recently been offered the opportunity to build time in a Seneca II Turbo and while reading through the POH I noticed that the engines produce 200 HP at sea level and 215 HP at 12,000 FT. MSL. I do not have a high performance endorsement and was curious if I need one to act as PIC in this Seneca even though it produces 200 HP at sea level. Also, if I do need a high performance endorsement, can it be done in a h.p. single engine or do I need to receive it in a h.p. twin?
Thanks!
Matt
